1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Tacto (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Tacto is a graphics and design utility that lets you:

• Browse poster templates
• Create and edit posters with photos, titles, subtitles, notes, themes, and stickers
• Save projects locally as drafts, saved posters, or exported items
• Export posters to your device photo library
• Purchase consumable Points through Apple In-App Purchase to unlock certain in-app actions

Tacto is a local creative tool. It does not provide social networking, user-to-user sharing, public galleries, messaging, or cloud sync as a core service.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with applicable laws. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Account and Quick Login

Tacto offers Quick Login, which generates local credentials on your device. You are responsible for access to your device. Log Out ends your session on device. Delete Account removes locally stored credentials and resets your Points balance on device; it does not by itself remove posters you already saved outside the App.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos, text, audio, and other material you import or create in Tacto (“Your Content”). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for obtaining any rights needed to use it (including likeness, trademark, and copyright permissions).

You agree not to use Tacto to create, store, or export unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable material.

6. Points and In-App Purchases

Tacto uses a consumable in-app currency called Points. Points are sold in packs processed by Apple. Current packs and list prices:

Points may be spent on in-app actions, including but not limited to:

• Premium template access (45 Points)
• HD export (65 Points)
• Extra draft capacity (40 Points)
• Project duplication (25 Points)
• Clean export (95 Points)

Free allowances may apply (for example, a limited number of free drafts and standard exports per day) as shown in the App.

Points are consumable digital credits. Except where required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policies, Points purchases are final and non-refundable. Points have no cash value outside Tacto and are stored on your device.

All purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and payment processing. Price and availability may change.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law
• Interfere with the App’s operation or security
• Use the App for spam, malware, or automated abuse
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Tacto or its operators
• Circumvent Points, export limits, or other in-app restrictions by unauthorized means

8. Intellectual Property

Tacto, its templates, visual design, and software are owned by the App operator or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App or its templates—only a limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial poster creation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TACTO IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free exports, or compatibility with every device or iOS version.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF TACTO.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR POINTS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Termination

You may stop using Tacto at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or discontinue the App or features where permitted by law. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
